The design team had little space available to place the pool so we had to be really creative with this design to maximize the pool size. The homeowner wanted a very distinct looking swimming pool and spa that incorporated the view of the Waterway. the perimeter overflow was designed to captive all views from the house and patio. 2 water and fire bowl features were added to the backside of the pool to give the wow factor at night. this pool uses all energy efficient intelliflo pumps as well as all LED lighting. The pool spa gutter and basin were all waterproofed using BaseCrete waterproofing. a final pebble finish was added to maximize the mirror effect of the perimeter overflow.
