To manage the topography of the lot the pool had to be built before the upper retaining walls and house foundation could go. This required special attention at layout through shotcrete.

We worked closely with the Architect and the custom home builder to ensure the pool landed in absolute alignment with the home design. It keys into the geometry of the house well.
