Early Bird Submission Deadline
The deadline for early bird submission ($50 off each entry) is Monday, March 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Submission Deadline
The deadline for all submissions is Monday, June 16, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Entrant Notification
PHTA will notify all winners via email no later than July 30, 2025.

AQUA Magazine
Award winners will be recognized in the September 2025 issue of AQUA Magazine.

Awards Reception at PSP/Deck Expo
Award winners will be honored in person during the PHTA Awards Reception at PSP/Deck Expo in October 2025 in Las Vegas, NV.

Awards Delivered
Winners receive a physical plaque for each winning project. The plaques are created by our partner Rivanna and are shipped directly to the address provided on your entry form. Plaques are delivered in mid to late November. Please note, there is no additional fee for your award.
