This client was looking to build a swimming pool in their backyard that was both natural but with a more modern vibe. The property had an existing slope backyard which is challenging, but it did provide us the opportunity to incorporate a waterfall and elevate the pool in the yard. This also helped to create interesting sight lines from within the house. We incorporated and outdoor kitchen, fire pit, patio and walkways for the backyard to blend everything together. We also designed, installed and now maintain both the front and back landscaping around the home. We brought in tons of hand selected specimens, including interesting maples from out West to surround the waterfall. There are tons of plant materials, roses, and interesting textures blended together throughout the property to deliver a rich and naturalistic feel throughout the project. Our crews took a trip out to a quarry in PA to hand select the boulders used in creating this waterfall design.
