This project was a joint project with multiple contractors and required extensive planning and preparation to meet the customers expectations. One contractor decided to use the project as a feature project of 2017 and showcased a number of their products, including some new items. You will see a wide selection of precast stone and various types throughout the backyard. Thankfully the client already had 13 pages of designs, material lists, and a number on contractors ideas and suggestions.

With a tight deadline and the pool permit yet to be applied for this looked as if it could present its challenges. With so many new faces for us to deal with on a large project it is rare things go smoothly but the opportunity was well worth the extra work. The project was to begin in April and be completed by Labour Day so timing was a major concern with so many contractors involved. This forced us to be creative in our timeline for the pool especially since we had to coordinate with the cabana installation.

This luxurious family recreation center is the perfect family setting day or night. The 20 x 40 pool is surrounded with an outdoor BBQ area, fire pit, fire and water feature and an indoor/outdoor cabana.The backyard was fully equipped with a number of features, including a pool, fire and water feature, fire pit, cabana, and outdoor kitchen.

Given all of the different components in this backyard and the different materials being used throughout the entertaining areas there was additional planning at each stage. Typically two to four stones are used in a standard project however, seven different stones were incorporated in this backyard for the following components of the yard.
