This is a complex traditional pool and spa packed with features. The construction required a two phased approach to accommodate the raised spa and shotcrete formed grotto. Features: (16) Parajet locations in the spa, Paramount PV3 In-floor System, Bisazza Italian glass tile 20.03, Pebble Fina sapphire galaxy interior, A deep stack of Pentair equipment including multiple VSXF pumps on IntelliTouch i9+3 + i10 expansion control with 16 relays and the Mac daddy (10) function spa command control, (6) Pentair GloBrite LED lights, Mist system, (6) deck jets (3) scuppers, Shotcrete formed grotto, 12' wide stainless steel rain curtain, Glass tile overflow water feature with a submersible firesystem! All of this required a ton of planning and skilled craftsman to develop.

It is truly good from far and better from near. The quality of the design and finishes give this project a great feel.

The Grotto surround and upper level spa had to be formed on top of the pool before we could add rebar, plumbing, gas and shotcrete the upper area. Coordinating the two phases was tricky, but thats just what we like about it :-)

We worked closely with the landscape designer and home builder to place the pool in perfect alignment with the house and surrounding landscape.
