This one-of-a-kind expansive resort style pool required both design and construction excellence to bring the project to fruition.

This beautiful rim flow pool has water at the same level as the surrounding patio and has five beautiful spillways along the raised wall. A sunken seating area with fireplace in the pool, adds a unique and uncommon feature, accentuating the luxury feel of this swimming pool. The pool wraps around to the right and includes a raised overflow spa with statement fireplace, located under the patio cover and near the outdoor entertainment area. Water runs down all four sides of the fireplace and adds ambiance to the outdoor California room.

Natural stone and different shades of tile all add to overall style of this pool and outdoor living area.
One major design consideration for this pool was how to incorporate the large resort style pool with the adjacent house. The rim flow around the pool added to the high-end resort feel of this backyard.

Five beautiful spillways line the back of the pool and have large stainless steel weirs that go six feet back.

A special design feature is the sunken outdoor seating and fire pit area in the middle of the pool. When sitting in the sunken fire pit area, you have the unique feeling that water is right up around you.
