Due to the limited size of this property, local municipalities required a rain water containment and drainage system be installed. Providing for that system and designing the pool, spa and pool house around it , yet maintaining the gorgeous final results where a challenge.

Our team of in house craftsmen implemented the installation of the containment system, overcoming narrow access paths to move in large precast underground concrete containment tanks during the wettest period of our building season.

Our client wanted a natural feel to the project to blend with their existing landscaping.. Our use of travertine pavers, and blend of stone, brick and cedar throughout the project provided the right amount of natural elements. Additions of accent lighting and fire effects adds to that natural feel all night long.
