This is an extensive remodel of a custom pool and spa. The spa was removed and replaced. A Zero Edge wet deck encompasses the new Zero Edge Spa, wet deck and diving board. The diving board is also encompassed by Zero Edge and is accessed by wet steps.
Tri Column cabanas were designed and built to play off the home architecture while providing shade and a backdrop for the project. The Tri-Column design opens them to the pool area.
All New LED lighting and along with LED Laminars enhance the project at night. The steps are lit with recessed LED strips.
The decks are 24" Shell Stone pavers which are relatively cool to the touch on the hottest days. The Interior is a custom blended polished Primera Stone.
